UFCU Opens Teravista Interactive Financial Center

Austin, TEXAS — February 7, 2012 — Responding to its growing member base, University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) announces the opening of its second Round Rock location at 571 University Blvd, east of IKEA. This new interactive financial center opened on Monday, January 30th.

"Our members' well-being is at the heart of everything we do and opening this new branch is just one more way we can deliver convenience and accessibility to them," said Tony Budet, President and CEO of UFCU.

Teravista Interactive Financial CenterThis new location is UFCU's first interactive financial center eliminating the barriers that separate members from UFCU representatives ensuring a more personal experience.

Members choose the style of service they need: whether quickly accessing cash or making a deposit through the financial kiosks; applying for a loan at the online center; or talking to a UFCU representative to guide members through life events such as purchasing a vehicle, buying their first home, retirement, and meeting all of their financial needs.

This location totals 3,500 square feet, is built in a retail configuration and also offers 24/7 drive-thru ATMs, a self-serve coin counting machine, financial planning, and investment and trust services.

UFCU's 12 proprietary financial centers are complemented by over 4,400 shared credit union branches across the US where UFCU members have access to services.

With assets approaching $1.5 billion, UFCU is Austin's largest locally owned financial institution and serves over 142,000 members in the Austin and Galveston areas. Visit www.ufcu.org for a complete list of UFCU financial centers, shared branches and 250 free ATM in Central Texas.
