UFCU Earns Three 2020 Pacesetter Awards

Austin, TEXAS, April 14, 2021 — University Federal Credit Union’s Investment ServicesTM advisors, through our investment services partner CFS*, earned three Pacesetter Awards for their 2020 efforts.

Presented by CFS*/SPF, a national organization that supports credit unions and other financial institutions, the Pacesetter Awards recognize top performers in UFCU Investment Services providing outstanding service to clients. Two teams were honored with Gold Pacesetter Awards:

  • CFS* Wealth Advisor Mark Spirk, MBA, CFP® with Jennifer Sugden. This is Mark’s 9th Gold Pacesetter award in his nearly 13 years of service with CFS*.
  • CFSWealth Advisor Mike Guthrie, CFP® with Emily Russell. This is Mike’s 7th Gold Pacesetter award in his 17 years of service with CFS*.

Both of these advisors are among the top 5% of wealth advisors according to CFS*/SPF rankings. Mark Spirk is ranked number 16 and Mike Guthrie is ranked number 24 out of 467 wealth advisors nationwide.

The third Pacesetter Award honored the impressive work of the entire UFCU CFS* team, which ranked 13 out of 200 financial institutions in investment performance.
