How can I change or cancel an alert?

  1. Log into Online Banking or the Mobile app.
  2. Click the bell in the upper right corner; then click the gear.
  3. Select the account with alerts you want to change or cancel.
  4. On the list of alerts for that account, select the one to change or cancel.
  5. Remove notification, email, text, or all three.
  6. Click Save.
