Austin, TEXAS, March 8, 2023 — UFCU, Austin’s largest locally owned financial institution, is proud to introduce Kenyon Warren as its new Chief Retail Officer. With more than 20 years of demonstrated success as a retail-banking strategist and as a recognized thought leader in financial services, Warren joins the executive leadership team to oversee the credit union’s retail strategy and operations, including branches, member services, insurance, and wealth management.
Warren joins UFCU from Independent Financial in McKinney, Texas, where he served as the Head of Retail Banking and Executive Vice President. Before that position, he was the Head of Retail Banking and Senior Vice President of TBK Bank in Dallas.
In his new role, Warren will bring his experience in transforming and enhancing retail banking to UFCU Members by creating innovative and enhanced Member experiences, both in branches and through digital platforms.

Warren holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in Psychology from Kenyon College.
