Fee Updates Effective January 1
We understand that 2020 has been a challenging year. As a result of COVID-19 we suspended several fees, which caused us to do a broader review of all the fees we assess Members on our accounts and services going into 2021.
Effective January 1, 2021, we have updated the following fees to assist our Members’ financial journeys.
Reduced Fees:
- Courtesy Pay: Reduced from $40 to $35 for each item paid.
Eliminated Fees:
- Overdraft Transfer Protection: We no longer assess a $3 fee when we need to transfer funds from a linked account (Savings, Money Market, Line-of-Credit) to pay an item.
- Incoming Wire: The fee to receive a wire, domestic or international, will no longer be charged.
Effective March 1, 2021, due to processing costs, we will increase our Outgoing Wire Transfer fee for domestic wires from $12 to $20. As a reminder, UFCU no longer offers outgoing international wires.
