What’s Changing Now and What You Need to Do

Your new Visa credit card replaces your current UFCU credit card. Your new card comes with many benefits, as well as a new account number, expiration date, security code, and PIN. You’ll need to complete the following steps as soon as possible upon receipt of your new card:

  1. Call (800) 543-5073 to activate your new card. Once your new card is activated, the balance and rewards on your current card will transfer automatically.
  2. Destroy and discard your previous card.
  3. Contact all merchants, billers, and service providers who rely on your credit card and provide the new account information to them. This might include your wireless, cable and/or internet providers, insurance companies, highway toll accounts, and any online merchants with whom you shop regularly.

What’s Not Changing

  • Neither costs nor fees — You will not be billed or charged for your new card.
  • Your account terms — Your new card will have the same great benefits and rewards as your previous card, and possibly more.
  • Our commitment to your security — You still get 100% liability protection on any fraudulent activity, so you can enjoy total peace of mind.
