Pre-Order Pickup (POP)
POP makes it quick and easy to order commonly requested items online. When your items are ready, we’ll let you know via email. Then you can pop in to UFCU to pick them up. No lines. No wait. You can order any of the following items through POP:
- Debit Cards
- Cashier’s Checks
- Money Orders
- Starter Checks
- Verification of Deposits
Save time when you order online. Here’s how it works:
- Order online.
- Pick an item to order.
- Pick a location. (Currently, this service is available only at select UFCU locations.)
- Place your order.
- Keep an eye on your inbox. After you place your order, we’ll send you email updates about the status. Requests are typically fulfilled within two hours. Need more time? Don’t worry. We’ll hold your order for a limited time.
- Order up! Pop in to your designated location*, where your item(s) will be ready and waiting for you at the Pre-Order Pickup desk. If you cannot pick up your order within two days, your request will be cancelled, and any refund will be credited to your account.
Don’t forget! You will need your valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, passport, or state-issued ID) to pick up your order. For your security, we won’t give you your items without it.

- +What do I do after I place my order?
Keep an eye on your inbox. After you place your order, our team will confirm via secure email from DocuSign. Requests are typically fulfilled within two hours. We’ll let you know via email what to do next.
- +What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder. The email(s) you receive will be from the UFCU location via DocuSign (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you cannot locate the confirmation email, please call (512) 467-8080 or (800) 252-8311.
- +What if I made a mistake when I placed my order?
No problem. Just call (512) 467-8080 or (800) 252-8311. A representative will be happy to assist you with corrections.
- +When will my order be ready?
Requests are typically fulfilled within two hours, if your order is submitted by 4 PM. Orders placed after 4 PM will be fulfilled the next business day. Then you’ll have two business days to pick up your items. Make sure to bring a valid government-issued ID (State Driver’s License, State ID card, Passport). For your security, we won’t give you your items without it.
- +What if I can’t pick up my order after all?
If you cannot pick up your order before the end of the following business day, your request will be cancelled, the product(s) will be voided, and any necessary refunds will be issued to your account. - +What if I notice at pickup that an error was made in my order?
Please let your UFCU representative know about the error, and we will do our best to correct it as soon as possible.
