We understand our Members may be experiencing financial challenges due to the recent severe winter weather in Texas and the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are here to help. Current Members could qualify for one of our two low-interest loans to help them through these difficult times.

Begin your application by answering the questions below, and select the appropriate reason for the funds:

  • 2021 Winter Storm for winter storm-related needs (documentation of storm-related impact may be required)
  • Member Relief Extension for coronavirus-related needs

Applications for Member Relief Loans are limited to current Members whose membership started on March 1, 2020 or earlier.
