UFCU Names Rhonda Hall Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development

Austin, TEXAS, August 21, 2017 – University Federal Credit Union, Austin’s largest locally-owned financial institution, announced today that Rhonda Norris Hall has joined the UFCU team as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Ms. Hall will be responsible for the overall talent acquisition, development, and retention functions, and organizational development focusing on building and maintaining a strong and effective human system to support strategic objectives, and to position UFCU as “employer of choice”. 

Ms. Hall has an exceptional background in integrated change management, leadership development, and organizational strategy. She has over 25 years of experience partnering with executive teams to support large-scale initiatives in organizations ranging in size from 1,000 to 150,000 associates, both nationally and internationally.

Ms. Hall comes from Ascension Health, where she served most recently as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives. She also has served as Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management as well as the Chief Learning Officer for the Seton Family of Hospitals. 

Hall has been drawn to leading large-scale change initiatives throughout her career. She is passionate about helping people be successful and believes that building strong relationships that rely on trust is key to achieving effective business outcomes. 

Hall holds a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology, both from Texas State University. Active in numerous professional and community organizations, she is currently a Mentor for the Young Women’s Alliance and a Troop Leader for the Girls Scouts of Central Texas.

Ms. Hall’s unique experience makes her an excellent fit for this position.
