Temporary Technical Issues with Bill Pay

October 2, 9:00 AM Update: This issue has been resolved and unscheduled payments have been credited back to your account. If any fees resulted from our error, we are taking action to correct them. Please know that all regularly scheduled bill pay payments processed correctly, and will be delivered to your payees as expected. Future payments will go out as regularly scheduled.

October 1, 2:15 PM Update: You may have seen unscheduled bill payments on your account. These payments were not processed and will not be delivered to any payees.  We have confirmed that all regularly scheduled Bill Pay payments were processed as usual and will be delivered to payees as expected. We will work to ensure every Member’s personal situation is resolved with minimal impact.

October 1, 11:30 AM: We are currently experiencing technical issues with Bill Pay. You may see unscheduled bill payments on your account. Please know that we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible, and intend to ensure that no Member is negatively affected by this situation.
