February 18, 9:00 AM: UFCU Members will have limited or no access to their accounts February 22–25, 2019 while we complete a scheduled update of our credit card programs. This update will include enhancements to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, credit card rewards, and your overall banking experience. In addition, UFCU credit cardholders will experience temporary service interruption. Members and nonmembers might also encounter a delay in loan application processing. Please plan for a temporary disruption to the following services:

You will no longer be able to view your credit card account information via eZCard.
Log in to eZCard, and download any transaction and/or statement details before you lose access on February 22.
Friday, Feb 22, 6 PM
We will temporarily be unable to process any loan applications.
If you’re considering applying for a loan, plan to submit your application before Feb 22 or after Feb 24.
Friday, Feb 22, 11 PM
Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, and other systems will go offline. Shared branch networking, ATM disbursements, and dollar amounts for debit transactions will be limited.
Plan to check your account balances, view transactions, and make any ATM withdrawals or large debit card purchases before 11 PM on Feb 22 or after 9 AM on Feb 23.
Saturday, Feb 23, 9 AM
Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, and most other systems except loan application processing will go back online. Shared branch networking and ATM disbursements with debit cards will resume normal operation.
Prepare for intermittent downtime until our credit card program update completes on Feb 25.
Credit card account details will begin to be made available within Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Phone Banking.

Cash Back and Travel & Rewards Cardholders
Cash Back and Travel & Rewards cardholders will see their previous rewards points transferred and available for redemption.
Log in to Online Banking on or after Apr 1 to view and/or redeem your points. Your points do not expire. You can redeem them any time.
During this time, all financial centers and Member Services will operate under normal business hours. Our representatives will be happy to assist you, although they also will have limited access to your credit card information, and will be unable to fulfill some requests until after the scheduled maintenance is complete.
Your membership is of utmost importance to us. Please know we are working to update our systems as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to your services. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
