Going Above and Beyond

Chris H joined UFCU when he got an auto loan through a car dealership. He was so happy with the service that he continued to do business with UFCU and now, his son is a Member too.

Chris H"Recently, I found myself in a bind because my car got totaled. The insurance company was very hard to deal with, so I called UFCU to see if I had the coverage I needed for a total loss. I talked to my financial representative, and she said, “Let’s go ahead and get you approved for a new loan, just in case you need a new car.” She stayed right on top of things and gave me all the information I needed, instead of just answering my questions. She went above and beyond to take care of my current needs and my future needs too. I think that was very intuitive of her, and it was an all-around great experience.

My son is now a Member of UFCU too, and he seeks advice from his UFCU representative instead of me. I think that’s great, because UFCU provides great financial advice."
