UFCU is proud to work alongside nonprofit partners to advance our shared missions. Prospective partners are invited to complete the following application. For more information about partner criteria, visit the Become a Nonprofit Partner page. Here are some things to know about this application.

  • We recommend you create your responses in a separate document, then copy them into this form. This form does not save.
  • The application will take about 45 minutes to complete.
  • Applications are due June 30, September 30, and December 31 for each quarterly grant, respectively.
  • All fields must be completed. Please use a zero (0) or “N/A” for “not applicable” where appropriate.
